We are looking to recruit a new role in our Maintenance Technician team to help look after our large portfolio of properties and growing family of tenants and landlords. We are looking for a multi skilled candidate with a solid DIY skill set. The jobs are varied and the days are never dull.

Required Experience:

  • Basic Plumbing skills
  • Basic Electrical
  • Basic Carpentry
  • Painting & Decorating
  • Basic IT & Mobile App Skills

We will provide you with the tools you need to succeed including a van and phone (clean driving license is essential).

The successful candidate will need customer service experience because liaising with tenants and the rest of our team is a huge part of the role.
