This means should anything go wrong, you get your money back! Our key team members hold the highest NFOPP qualification and our Director, Neil, is the regional representative for ARLA at the forefront of changes within the lettings sector in the UK. We voluntarily operate to a higher standard than the legal minimum required of letting agents.

Our work is all about communication. With so many different variables and people involved, it’s essential we keep communication flowing. We try and get back to you within 1 working day where possible and every landlord and tenant is designated a single point of contact at Umega who is there to make their life easier.
We don’t charge a penny until a tenant moves into a property. This means that you don’t pay for advertising or letting your property until we’ve delivered. Our fee structure is clear and straightforward so you needn’t worry about any unexpected fees further down the line.
We carry out rigorous tenant screening (including credit checking, landlord & employer referencing) and give our landlords full visibility of the results before committing to a tenancy. We aim to create tenancies that last.
Our arrears list is small, very small. We’re careful about who we rent to and we’re prompt with dealing with any late rents. Our arrears list is less than 0.3% of our active tenancy number which is a credit to our tenant screening and our proactive arrears processes.

Once a tenant moves in this is where the real property management starts. We keep a very close eye on your property and tenant to make sure your investment is taken good care of. Every landlord gets a single point of contact at Umega who gets to know them, their property and their tenant. Our accounts department ensures that rents are paid on time each month on the day it's received. We deal with all property management issues including maintenance, always communicating openly when issues arise. Once a tenant vacates we carry out a thorough property inspection and check the inventory to record any damage before rectifying it.
