We are looking for a Property Management Assistant to join our team on a fixed term 6 month contract from March 2016, with potential to be kept on permanently should a further vacancy arise or you excel in the role. The successful applicant will be outgoing, be a team player with a can-do attitude and have a positive phone manner.

Duties of this role will be mixed, with the successful candidate expected to be involved in all aspects of the lettings business as required. Main roles and responsibilities will be:

  • Arranging, confirming and carrying out viewings across Edinburgh & the Lothians as required.
  • Phone and email enquiries handling
  • Report back to landlords in regards to viewings/letting of their property
  • Property visits (as required)
  • Office administration
  • Helping the lettings team with the marketing of properties if required
  • Digital inventory preparation (training provided).

Requirement for the role is a driving licence as much of the work involved will take you out of the office.

The salary for this role will be £17,000 pro-rata.
