We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will have be a positive contributor to the shaping of the Property Management team and be expected to deliver a high level of service to tenants and landlords alike. As well as being part of high performing team, there will be plenty of opportunity for training and development. We want to recruit the most talented people in our industry and make them even better!

If you have experience in the following areas you could be part of the Umega team;

  • Maintenance; instructing & signing off invoices
  • Check out inspections & establishing dilapidation responsibility
  • Property visits (routine & unexpected)
  • Late rent visits
  • Editing marketing descriptions & reviewing rents
  • Point of contact for tenants & landlords
  • Rotated emergency & office cover
  • HMO applications
  • Inventory management
  • Viewings
