We’re absolutely delighted to announce that we have acquired Quartermile-based letting agency, Edinburgh City Pads!
The portfolio of 48 properties, all located within the Quartermile development is made up of a combination of 1 and 2 bedroom high specification apartments. The acquisition of the Edinburgh City Pads portfolio is a great step forward for us and positions us as the prominent letting agent within the Quartermile. The properties have been very well managed by the Edinburgh City Pads team and we intend to continue to deliver the high level of service that Edinburgh City Pads landlords and tenants are used to.
We’re extremely well placed to take good care of these properties, their landlords and their tenants. We already manage a portfolio of properties within the development so we know the properties very well. Our office is just across the Meadows …… we can actually see the development from our office window so will be keeping a very close eye on things! It was a huge complement to our team when Edinburgh City Pads chose us to take over the management of their properties. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with Nigel and Suzie of Edinburgh City Pads in the run up to this acquisition and we will continue to work closely with them to ensure all Edinburgh City Pads landlords and tenants receive the best possible service.
Our property manager Leona Barnes will be responsible for the Edinburgh City Pads portfolio and she will be assisted by the rest of the Umega team (there has been a lot of excitement about these properties so we’ve had plenty people raising their hands to help Leona out…any excuse to visit these awesome properties!). We’re all looking forward to getting to know our new landlords and tenants over the coming weeks.
