This opportunity is designed to give you a fantastic grounding in property letting and we want to gear you up for success, so you’ll need to be ready and willing to get stuck-in to whatever comes your way. You’ll benefit from having a couple of years of customer service experience under your belt, a genuine interest in people, and a real desire to work in this sector. In your first 1-2 years you’ll get to experience various roles and work with a variety of teams and customers to build your knowledge and understanding of our sector, while enhancing your customer-service skills and property knowledge, while making an impact in our organisation. 

You will have the opportunity to work with our fantastic customers, learn our values, meet people from different teams, and grow a deeper understanding of who we are, how we are set up, and how your future career could take shape. In the first few months you’ll take up a seat in our New Tenancy Team – a customer-facing role – who work hard to secure homes for all our lovely potential tenants. You’ll be responsible for referencing, producing leases and serving up some top-rated customer service to our new tenants. This is a fantastic opportunity to ensure that all our new tenancies get off to the best start possible. We’ll train you up on all the legalities of leases and referencing and make sure you have all the tools to succeed.

Requirements
Administrative experience and/or customer service experience of at least 2 years is preferred but your passion to grow, learn, and improve is what’s most important to us.

Driver’s license :
A full UK Driver’s Licence is preferred, but not essential at this stage.

Salary :
Starting salary in the region of £19,000

Starting date :
As soon as you are available – we’re flexible, and we’ll wait for the right person.
