We’re looking for an individual who is eager to work in a fast-paced, lively environment, can bring energy and enthusiasm to work every day and who is willing to turn their hand to whatever comes their way.  You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving organisation, be exceptionally confident in managing your own time and schedule whilst working out of the office, be familiar with Edinburgh city geography and have a keen eye for detail with a creative flair.

Our Property Marketing Team are focused on securing tenancies for our properties which are on the market. They have their finger on the pulse when it comes to the market dynamics, and they take pride in ensuring our properties are rented quickly to good tenants. This team works in one of the busiest areas of our business, so speed and responsiveness are key, as is the ability to think on your feet, prioritise, and act quickly. Of course, it helps if you love property too! 

This role will primarily be focused on visiting our properties across Edinburgh and the Lothians, supporting our Property Marketing Team by creating marketing material for our portfolio (engaging descriptions, eye-catching photos, 360 tours and floorplans). Your job is to make sure our properties are presented brilliantly so they stand out in the market and attract fantastic tenants, so your attention to detail is important as you’ll need to do some basic property staging, and have a flair for showcasing our properties in their best light. Photography/videography experience is not essential, as our fantastic Giraffe360 cameras do the hard part there, but would definitely be an asset in this role. 

You’ll also be expected to support our Property Marketing Team with other mobile work from time to time (this may include viewings, property checks, or having keys cut and tested as a couple of examples). You’ll be responsible for our property pipeline and working closely with our Lettings Negotiators to push properties to the market as quickly, efficiently and exquisitely as possible.
