CAPTURING YOUR PROPERTY AT ITS BEST
Once we’ve crafted the plan, and you’ve had a chance to prepare your home following our Preparation for Marketing Guide, we’ll schedule a photoshoot with one of our skilled in-house photographers. To make things easier, our photographer can meet you at the property, or they can collect keys from our office and let themselves in—whichever suits you best. Depending on the size of the property, the shoot can take anywhere from a couple of hours to a full day.

Using the latest technology, they’ll create detailed floor plans and 3D virtual tours to give prospective buyers the best possible view of your home. Plus, if your property’s location offers stunning views or close proximity to key amenities, our qualified drone pilots can capture breathtaking aerial footage, adding that extra wow factor.

We don’t stop at the four walls of your home. Our team understands that potential buyers are also interested in the lifestyle that comes with your property. Once the shoot is complete, our photographer will get to work editing the content. We know how crucial timing is, so we aim to have all your marketing assets—photos, video, 3D tour, and floor plans—ready within two working days. You’ll receive the entire package for review, and we’ll be available to discuss any feedback you might have before we go live.

Once you’re happy with everything, we’ll launch your property across all major national portals and share it with our database of eager potential buyers. We’ll also arrange for a ‘For Sale’ board to be put up outside the property and set up the first round of viewings.
