Umega is growing super-fast and after an internal promotion, we have a big hole to fill in our property management team. If you can deliver exceptional customer service we can deliver the training you need to handle the responsibility for a portfolio of residential property, managing tenants and landlord’s experiences throughout their Umega journey. You will enjoy getting out of the office visiting properties in all shapes/sizes and meeting people from all over the world. Building strong relationships with tenants and landlords and external contractors to make sure that our tenants homes are well maintained and taking pride in resolving issues quickly, efficiently and leaving everyone with a smile on their face and singing your praises.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years’ experience delivering great customer service
- Desire to gain a professional letting qualification with ARLA all funded by us!
- Tech savvy
- Driving license essential
