This is not your average property management role. We do things a little differently here at Umega and we are looking for someone with a genuine interest in people who understand that the Umega family includes our tenants and landlords too. If you can deliver exceptional customer service, we can give you the tools and training you need to handle the responsibility for a portfolio of residential property; managing tenants and landlord’s experiences throughout their Umega journey. You will enjoy getting out of the office visiting all sorts of properties and meeting people from all over the world and be able to thrive in a fast-paced role. The biggest part of your job will be building strong relationships with tenants and landlords and external contractors to make sure that homes are well maintained, and people are well looked after.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years’ experience delivering great customer service and experience in building trusting and rewarding relationships with clients and customers alike
- Desire to gain a professional letting qualification with ARLA (all funded by us!)
- Tech savvy
- A full UK driving license is essential
