Scottish Home Awards Winner 2018 – Residential Letting Team of the Year
Thanks so much Scottish Home Awards for choosing Umega as the Residential Letting Team of the Year 2018. Gosh, it means a lot!
Our team has worked so hard this year and they’ve made amazing progress. Every day they do little things that smash negative stereotypes of letting agents. To have won as the Residential Lettings Team of the year at the Scottish Home Awards is a huge boost and it compliments nicely some of the fantastic customer feedback we’ve received over the past 12 months. We’re incredibly proud!
We do the best we can to make Umega Lettings a great place to work and we’ll continue to recruit and develop the best people to deliver outstanding service to our customers. The progress we’ve made over the past year is testament to the fantastic work of our superstar team.

The Scottish Home Awards are Scotland’s largest independent awards competition for the House Building industry and it was a fantastic evening with over 600 guests in attendance. The awards are meticulously judged by 12 housing industry experts and they recognise excellence in the sector. The Residential Lettings Team of the year award was based on overall performance and a written submission and Scottish letting agents were assessed based on their market share, industry knowledge, sales success, innovation and customer service. Other winners on the night included; Avant Homes, CALA, Wemyss Properties, City & Country, Queensberry Properties, Places for People, David Wilson Homes, Cruden Homes and McTaggart group so you can see why we’re so proud to have won this award in such esteemed company!
