How is this judged?
Each year EA Masters and Rightmove assess the UK’s 25,000+ estate and letting agency branches and they highlight the best of those in the Best Estate Agent Guide. The very best agents get a Gold rating (the top 5%).
It’s the largest and most robust analysis of the estate agency industry and over 3 billion data points are analysed. Over 1 million properties listed on Rightmove are assessed and the performance of each listing is considered over a 6 month period based upon the quality of advertising and days to sell/let amongst other important criteria. EA Masters also mystery shop a shortlist of 2,500 agencies via a variety of communication channels before assessing each shortlisted agent’s website considering 36 important factors relating to marketing and customer service.
Once this rigorous assessment is complete, EA Masters then identify the Gold Award winners; those who rank higher than 95% of the estate agency industry.
