We’ve been smashing negative stereotypes of letting agents for 14 years. 


Over the last 6 months, we’ve been trialling the Umega way of doing things to help some of our clients sell their properties. We’ve completed a successful testing and learning phase and we’re ready to offer our property sales service to a wider audience. To do that, we need the right person to become our first hire in this new area joining our family of 50 employees across the wider team.


It’s a hugely exciting role and fantastic opportunity. Working closely with two of our Directors you’ll develop our Property Sales service by helping build the necessary infrastructure (systems/processes) and create lasting and memorable relationships with our customers. You need to be willing to do a bit of everything; helping new clients understand the process of selling property, arranging valuations and photographs, writing property descriptions & creating brochures, arranging & carrying out viewings and helping negotiate offers. We will also ask you to assist our Directors in other new business activities, when required, such as preparing sales documents, setting up new software and helping us with the broad range of tasks involved in setting up a new service. You’ll also get the chance to assist us in responding to other closely-related opportunities that come our way as our business grows.


Previous property experience and excellent customer service skills/experience.

  • Working hours Mon-Fri 9-5 but we will ask you to be flexible and adjust your hours around viewing appointments that may be scheduled outside of these hours.
  • Starting salary : £24,000 – £26,000 per annum.
