UMEGA has achieved Gold awards for both Sales AND Lettings in the forthcoming Best Estate Agent Guide for 2023. Achieving gold for both sales and Lettings puts us in an elite group of the top 2% of agents in the whole of the UK.

 

Best Estate Agent Guide

This guide helps landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers find the best agents in their area. The awards are based on the only whole of market assessment, covering an estimated 25,000 agents throughout the country and 99.6% of all on market properties. 

 

How does the Best Estate Agent Guide assess agents?

Unlike most awards, agents do not have to enter and instead all agents are automatically included. Each year, thousands of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants are surveyed to better understand what’s important to them. Agents are then rated based on a combination of data and mystery shopping to allow each agent to be scored in order to help customers make an informed decision. On top of a large-scale mystery shopping review process, the scoring system also looks at; how well properties are marketed, time taken for sale/let, market share and quality of customer service via email and telephone. Those that perform in the top 20% are listed in the Best Estate Agent Guide. The top 5% are then awarded a Gold Award. The winners of the awards are announced at EA Masters in London this September in front of 1,200 property professionals.
