Once a tenant moves in this is where the real property management starts. We keep a very close eye on your property and tenant to make sure your property investment is taken good care of. Every landlord gets a single point of contact at Umega who gets to know them, their property and their tenant. Our accounts department ensures that rents are paid on time each month on the day it's received. We deal with all property management issues including maintenance, always communicating openly when issues arise. Once a tenant vacates we carry out a thorough property inspection and check the inventory to record any damage before rectifying it.
