Recommended improvements

Unless a property is in need of a full refurbishment in which case it’s normally best to leave things as they are as most buyers will want to make their own mark on the property, in most other circumstances it’s worth making sure everything in your property is looking its best before listing on the sales market. This can cover anything from replacing a bath seal or repainting a front door, through to a full decoration or new bathroom installation.

Initial inspection

Following an inspection of your property we’ll report back on any recommendations we have to raise the appeal of your property to maximise the potential sale price. If you’re happy with these recommendations we’ll gather quotes for the various elements and present these to you for approval.

Managing the project

Our team will manage any pre-sale projects on your behalf, scheduling works, providing access and managing contractors before seamlessly passing your property over to our estate agency team to proceed with marketing.

 

Payments

Normally we’ll pass on any invoices for you to pay directly. We charge a 10%+VAT project management fee subject to a minimum fee of £295+VAT, for any works we organise on your behalf.
