From Monday the 29th January, we’ll be working out of a new office at The North Quarter on Ferry Road, situated to the north west of Edinburgh’s city centre. The North Quarter is a terrific location for our team to access different parts of Edinburgh with ease and allows us to park vehicles, swiftly move around the City and charge our growing number of electric vehicles. We’ve loved having a base in Quartermile for the last 8 years, but the frustrations we’ve experienced relating to vehicle access and parking have led to the decision to relocate. Our new location will mean we can be more responsive in visiting the properties we manage across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR OUR CUSTOMERS?
Nothing. We’re not moving far.
For our customers who have properties in the Quartermile development, don’t worry, we’ll still be on site every day to visit properties, meet customers and contractors and respond to anything that requires our attention.
Our new setup will allow us to push the level of customer service we deliver further and allows us to be more responsive as an agency without the hassle of moving vehicles in and out of such a congested city centre location.
