Due to an internal promotion we are looking for a warm and friendly people person to be the smiling face at our busy reception and offer amazing service to our new tenants during their application process.  It’s no problem if you don’t have property experience (we can teach you that bit), what matters to us is you are super passionate about customers and you’re excited about being an amazing ambassador for Umega Lettings. 

You will be administering and organising new tenancy applications – working closely with our team of Lettings Negotiators to ensure all applications are handled swiftly and accurately, keeping everyone updated as you go.  You’ll need great attention to detail as you’ll be vetting references, creating tenancy agreements and checking these are all signed accurately, and you’ll be working closely with various other departments to make sure everything is in place to get all new tenancies off to a great start. You’ll spend some of your time on our reception desk too, so a big smile and friendly face to greet all our customers is important too – everyone that comes through our doors should be made to feel welcome from the moment they see you!


  • Processing applications for new tenancies
  • Handling sensitive information including reference and credit checks
