We are looking for a warm and friendly people person to be the smiling face at our busy reception and offer amazing service to all visitors throughout our busy summer period. If you’d like some experience working in property in a fantastic office environment then this could be the ideal role for you! This is a part-time (19 hours), fixed term role to start as soon as possible until the middle of August.
You’ll be the first face all of our visitors see, and everyone that comes through our doors should be made to feel welcome from the moment they meet you, whether that’s contractors, landlords, tenants and anyone else. You will be responsible for meeting & greeting, helping with enquiries, answering & fielding various calls and booking keys in and out, along with any other little ad-hoc jobs that crop up.
