We’re looking for someone with bags of energy and enthusiasm for the lettings sector, with solid experience in a fastpaced letting agency environment under your belt. Although your first few months will be spent working in our New Tenancy Team, the opportunity for progression within the company, and for a fantastic long-term career in property is there if you want it – just show us what you’ve got! We’re eager to hear from individuals who can really hit the ground running as we navigate coming out of lockdown into a busy summer period.You should be ready and willing to turn your hand to whatever comes your way, be an active and supportive team member, and take a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
Our New Tenancy Team work hard to secure properties for the many potential tenants who reach out to us. This team handles all new tenancy enquiries, manages and supports tenants through the referencing process, conducts viewings, negotiates and finalises the let and produces all the supporting legal documentation to secure the tenancy. It’s one of the busiest areas of our business, so speed and responsiveness are key, as is a solid understanding of the lettings process and the ability to think on your feet and act quickly – then you can reap the rewarding feeling of securing new homes for as many people as possible.

- Requirements
– Administrative and/or customer service experience in the lettings sector of at least 1-2 years is preferred.
– A passion to grow, learn, and continuously improve is imperative.

A full UK Driver’s Licence is essential. - Salary :
