Our new simple & speedy Online Tenant Application
At Umega Lettings we’re always looking for little ways to make our landlords and tenant’s lives as easy as 1, 2, 3!
The latest addition to our service, which we’re thrilled to offer, is our new online property application process. This service makes the application process much better for you, our prospective tenants, and it improves the application process for our own team.
With our new online application, you will be sent a link to complete your offer to let online immediately after leaving the viewing. This online form is super easy and takes about 5 minutes to fill in, and you can even do it on your phone! At this stage we’re just looking for the main details of your offer and some initial information about you and anyone else who would be living with you – we don’t need to know your favourite colour and your Mum’s maiden name to make a decision about whether you’d be a suitable tenant!
The quicker you fill this in and send it back, the quicker we can pass your offer to the landlord along with any others so they can review them. The landlord will make a decision about which applicant they’d like to go ahead with and we’ll get back to everyone as soon as possible to advise the outcome of the landlord’s decision.
If you’re successful (yay!) then we’ll need to know a bit more about you, so this is when we’ll ask you to complete our full application form which does go into more detail. Guess what though…this form can ALSO be completed online nice and quickly. Because you’re filling all this information in online it also means we shouldn’t have to bother you with extra questions, and you don’t need to worry about filling out forms in your best handwriting!
This online application process nicely complements our online viewing booking system and our online lease signing so that your whole experience of finding, then securing, a property with Umega Lettings is nice and simple.
