The Negotiator Awards 2021
Umega achieved an incredible double-win at the prestigious Negotiator Awards in London. We were recognised as the agency of the year for Scotland (covering all lettings and estate agents) and, as if that wasn’t enough, Letting Agency of the Year for the whole UK.
The Negotiator Awards are the big ones in UK lettings and estate agency. They cover all 25,000 lettings and estate agencies in the UK and the awards dinner is a huge night of celebration on Park Lane in London where over 1,000 of the top industry professionals gather for a night of celebration made all the more poignant this year after the challenges of the last 2 years.
The judges chose Umega as their winners for the way we’ve taken care of our customers and employees over the last 18 months, the way we’ve adapted to new challenges and for the way we’ve kept moving forward during an extremely tough period for the industry.
For a small independent agency from Edinburgh, it’s a huge understatement to say that these awards mean a lot to us and we’re blown away to be recognized among the very best in our industry on this stage. It’s a massive boost to our team after a period where we’ve had to deal with a huge number of challenges.
