Umega started in 2007 because two friends thought there was a better way to deliver customer service in Edinburgh property; they’d had enough of the negative stereotypes that surround how properties are sold and let. Since then we’ve grown as a team, learned a lot, we’ve improved what we do every year and our reputation has steadily grown with us as one of the leading Edinburgh Estate agents and letting agents.

Our sector is not renowned for great company cultures and customer service so we recruit the right sort of people who can align behind the goal of looking after our customers in a way that smashes the negative stereotypes surrounding our industry. Our team provide the level of care we believe everyone should receive. We do the right thing by our customers. We’re in it for the long haul and we understand that there are no shortcuts to becoming a market leading Edinburgh Estate Agent.. Whether we are responsible for a dozen customers or thousands, we will take the same approach to everything we do where we take every opportunity to learn, improve and take care of our customers and employees.
